Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site only uses technical storage that it needs to work: no analytics, no profiling, no advertising. That is why we do not ask for your consent (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian DPA guidelines of 10 June 2021).

The language is part of the page address (e.g. /en/): no cookie is needed to remember it.
Google map
The map in the "Find us" section is provided by Google Maps and does not load until you tap “Show the map”. If you open it, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under its privacy policy. To undo this, clear the site data in your browser.
Fonts, menu and photos
Fonts are hosted on our own server and are not downloaded from Google. The menu is prepared by our server.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block the site's cookies and storage in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). The site still works: at most you will see the cookie notice again.
