This notice explains what personal data the website demo.pietrofantini.com collects and how we use it, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

What we collect

  • Browsing data. Like any website, the server automatically logs some technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time). It is used only to run and protect the site and is deleted within 30 days at most, unless needed to investigate an attack.
  • Data you send us. If you email or call us, we use your details only to reply.

The site has no sign-up forms, newsletter, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising.

Why we process it (legal basis)

  • Running and securing the site: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Answering your requests: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who else sees the data

  • Hosting provider, which hosts the site on servers in the European Union.
  • Virtual Menu, the service that manages our menu.
  • Google, only if you choose to open the map (see the Cookie policy).

These parties process data on our behalf or as independent controllers, under their own privacy policies. We never sell or hand over your data to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to [email protected]. If you think your data is being processed unlawfully you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
